These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed with Norgrave and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Currency

All prices and charges on this website are shown and processed in US dollars (USD).

Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and, where available, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers. We do not store your full card number.

When You Are Charged

By submitting an order you authorize Norgrave to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including product price, any applicable shipping, and taxes. Payment is captured at the time your order is placed.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing or description error is found. If we cancel, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.

Pricing & Errors

We work to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and to change prices at any time before your order is accepted.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping destination.
