Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

We ship from within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 5–8 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

What's your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns. If you're not happy with your tool, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in original packaging.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order link in the footer and enter your order number and email, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Are your tools covered by a warranty?

Many of our tools include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty details are listed on the product page where applicable. If something arrives defective, contact us and we'll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is secure and encrypted.
