SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). The daily order cutoff for same-day processing is 2:00 PM Central; orders after that or on weekends/holidays begin the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping — Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times — Standard US shipping typically arrives in 5–8 business days after processing. Total delivery = processing (1–2 business days) + transit. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

Order Cutoff — Same-day processing cutoff is 2:00 PM Central, Mon–Fri.

Tracking — A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. No tracking within 3 business days? Email info@norgrave.com.

Destinations & Lost Packages — We currently ship within the United States. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply); for lost shipments we'll open a carrier investigation.
