Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before the daily cutoff of 2:00 PM Central on a business day typically begin processing the same day; orders after that, or on weekends/holidays, begin the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives in 5–8 business days after processing. Your total delivery time = processing (1–2 business days) + transit. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on your delivery location and item size.

Order Cutoff

The daily cutoff for same-day processing is 2:00 PM Central, Monday–Friday.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, email info@norgrave.com.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. A physical street address is recommended for oversized items.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply). For lost shipments, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation.
